Our newly furnished double, triple and quadruple rooms are fully equipped and have been finished to a high standard. Some rooms have a balcony, offering a view of Janské Lázně.

There is a fully-equipped kitchenette on every floor. One double-bed apartment has its own kitchenette. On the ground floor is a ski room, which, in winter, can be used for storing and drying ski equipment.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Residence Ruth.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate your pets.

The spa colonnade is a 3-minute walk from the Residenc and a beautiful 10-minute walk will take you to the Černá Hora ski lift. Children’s playground, crazy golf, several cafés, restaurants, cake shops and a cinema can be found in the vicinity of the hotel. In Svoboda nad Úpou you can enjoy a game of bowling.
